The State Tuition Assistance Program is a tremendous tool for our team and assists us in our efforts to recruit and retain the best and brightest for the Michigan National Guard. Trained and educated guardsmen lead directly to readiness and reimbursing tuition is a key component to supporting our strategy. Reimbursing tuition is beneficial for members who support our National Defense Strategy and drive Michigan’s economy in the civilian workforce.
